STATE GOVERNOR
NEW SOUTH WALES QUESTION OF RECALL. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 15. Although Ministers generally believe that the recall of the State Governor (Sir Dudley De Chair) is inevitable, they do not share the optimism of the Premier, who stated"that the Governor would leave New South Wales within a month, The date for the submission to the Legislative Assembly of the motion ashing for the recall of the Governor has not yet been decided, and it is anticipated that she motion will be sternly contested by the Opposition. The_ Legislative Council also may complicate matters by passing a motion of confidence in the Governor.
Ministerial opinion, however, is that, if the Assembly passes the motion asking forth© recall of tho Governor, the Secretary of State for tho Dominions will have no alternative but to acquiesce.
