WORLD POOL IMPRACTICABLE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, November 13. Mr H. H. Wood, of the Canadian Wheat Pool, has returned home from the Orient and Australia. He said he could see no hope of a world wheat pool under central management, but he declared the pool system would be world-wide, and would dominate future grain operations. He added that the Australian pool would ultimately achieve the fullest measure of success, despite many difficulties. He found Japan* remaining a good grain market. China was too unsettled politically to offer any immediate prospects of a stable marketing field.
