Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright, NEW YORK, March 6. _ The town of Lavcyo, in Wyoming, is literally wi'ied off the map, arid its 1,500 inhabitants deprived of thoir homes, by the ruling of Federal Judge Kennedy, who lias ordered the entire village and its populace to move and make a clear path for the giant petroleum industry. Public buildings, bouses, homes, and everything must go. The judge decreed that the Ohio Oil Company has leased the land, and is entitled to possession within sixty days, Casper, the Wyoming Oil Company, and Dio town of Laveye wi\l. fight for their existence in the Court of Appeal, where an appeal has been lodged.—A. and N.Z.
