CHRISTCHURCH WOOL SALES
[Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, January 5. The socond Christchurch wool sale was held to-day, when 25,197 bales were offered to a full bench of buyers. Bidding was brisk, but prices were on a lower basis than the high ones that ruled at the first Christchurch sale. Values, however, s?ere better than at Timaru and Dunedin.
