LOAN FROM AMERICA,

BRUSSELS, September 1. The Government has arranged at 6i per cent, a loan df 30,000,000d0l from the United States, redeemable in twenty-five years. It is stated that the money will bo utilised for withdrawing Treasury bonds issued to the United States in 1920.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
