Probate of the will of Alexander Boyle was granted to-day. The assets are sworn at under £19,000. Tho testator bequeaths to his daughter, Mrs Algar Williams, all his thoroughbred stock, subject to the provision that she will not race any horses, either herself, or by leasing them, except with the approval of her trustees.
