NELSON’S VICTORY

RESTORATION FUNDS WANTED. LONDON, October 21. An appeal, authorised by the Admiralty and signed by Admiral Sir D. Sturdeo (president) and Mr Reginald M'Konna (honorary treasurer), has been made by the Society of Nautical Research for funds to restore’Nelson’s Victory to the appear, ance she wore at the battle of Trafalgar. Tho Victory is at present in dry dock. Tho society desires to consecrate tho vessel for all time.
