» NEW FORM OF AGREEMENT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 20. A provisional agreement subject to a ballot of tho workers, has been reached between the Engineering and National Employers’ Federation and the Amalgamated Engineers’ Union. The agreement provides that the trade union shall not interfere with the right of employers to exercise their managerial functions iin their own establishments, and the federation shall not interfere with the proper functions of the Lade union.—A. and N.Z.
