TO THE ULSTER DIVISION. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, November 20. Field-marshal Sir Henry Wilson was present yesterday at tho dedication by the Archbishop of Dublin of the Ulster Memorial Toner, winch is 70ft high, and overlooks tlio Ano re Valley the ground upon which the division fought in the lirst offensive of WIG. General Vvcygand, the French Chief of Staff,, unveiled the memorial. The special chamber, ceremony attracted a great crowd of French People, and many Irish and English visitors wero also present, including Lady Craig, whoso husband and Wr Edward Carson were detained in England through illness.—A. and N.Z.
