LONDON, August. 23, Praising tho freshness of. the outlook and the terseness of phraseology of former service men who aro taking up teaching as a profession, the Board of Education’s annual report notes an increasing consciousness of the significance of the history of tiie war. The great struggle, the report adds, seems to have brought not only a wider view but an increased earnestness in the attitude of tho men towards professional training.
