Dr Stump, ship s -snrgeon of the-steamer St. Paul, received on a recent voyage a wireless message stating that one of the crew of the American tramp steamer Schroon, "which was many miles sway, was suffering from fever and pains in tiie right side. On more detailed symptoms being sent, the doctor diagnosed tho case as appendicitis, and frequently transmitted medical advice through the air. The vessels -were in communication for four days, at the end of which &ne faroraiWG .reports were- received.
