ATHENS.. December 22. Coostantine asked Admiral Kelly to attend the palace, and presented him, as chief of the British Naval Mission, "with the Grand Cordon of the Saviour.' Admiral Kelly, under the Government's instructions, returned the decoration. A. and U.Z. Cable.
