(Received March 19, at 9.25 a.m.) Omsk reports state that the Siberian army, successfully began an offensive against the Bolsheviks, who admit retreating in the southern Urals. POLES LOSING GALICIA. COPENHAGEN, March 18. Tho Ukrainians have entered Przemysl (Galicia). The Ukraine refused tho Allies’ conditions for assistance against the Bolsheviks. BOLSHEVIK PLOT IN AMERICA. NEW YORK, March 15. (Received March 19, at 9.45 a.m.) All but four of the alleged Bolsheviks recently arrested have been released. The remaining prisoners are charged with advocating floe overthrow of the United States Government by violence. THE BERLIN FIGHTING. BERLIN, March 14. (Received March 19, at 10.15 a.m.) Twenty-four members of tho defunct People’s Marino Division were executed when the armed attack on the Government troops in the down-town section of the c'ty failed. The morgues are unable to accommodate those killed in the street fighting. A BELGIAN TIMESERVER. LONDON, March 18. Tho Brussels 4 Telegraph ’ reports that M. Gorremans, principal secretary to the Minister of Arts and Sciences, has been sentenced to IS years’ hal'd labor for accepting during the war from Germans the post of chief secretory of tho Flemish Separatist Ministry.
