ZINGATtI-RTCHMOND CLUB. Tbo 42nd annual report of the ZingariRichmond Club states: Four teams were entered for the various compebitioas^—senior, junior, third, and President's;. but halfway through theseason your committee found it necessary to enter another third grade team. AH of these teams acquitted themselves creditably. The past season was the fir?t in which the club have had a senior team engaged since 1915. Tho following table shows the record ol* each learn i'n its different competition-:

Tho First Fifteen, put up a. most creditable performance upon their re-entry into the senior oompettiiou. The -standard of play was very good, seeing that this team was composed mostly of vcrv young players. Tlio Second Fiftecu (flag winners) are to be congratulated on their splendid performance. They started the season somewhat uneonipromisingly by losing to Wost Taieri, but thwea-ftcr never looked hack. They won every other match. The team arc deserving of praise for their strict attention to training and coaching. The two Third tirade- teams are also deserving of praise for the uphill fight they made during the season. Both of these teams were composed of players just above the age for the President'? tornpetition, and rather yoimg and small to do battle against tho rest of the teams in their guide. To the President's (or liuli erade) team belongs the fine record of having won the premiership in their for the past three seasons, the record for that period being:—Played 36. won 34. lost 1, drawn 1, points for 653. against, -10. This is a truly wonderful performance, and reflects great credit on the players and their coaches. The club was again fortunate in being ablo to secure two such efficient men as W. Hohbs and P. Procter as coaches. Training and coaching were again carried on at Monteciilo, and it is gratifying to your committee to see that players took an interest in this valuable department of the game. It is with regret thai vour committee have to record the deaths of R. Morrison, T. Veiteh, W. "Williams W Styles. F. M'Arthur. P. Hunter-. L. Miles, F. Lawsbn, E Kavanagh, and W. Scou-lla-r during the past year.
