HIS GREATEST BIRTHDAY

President Wilson celebrated his 62nd birthday in London on December 23 by a round of official activities. King George called at the President's apartments at 10 o'clock in the morning, and wished him many happy returns of the day. For a birthday gift the King presented a magnificent set of books, and at the same time gave gifte to every member of tho President's official party. The women received brooches and the men tie-pins, set with diamonds forming tho lettors "G.R." The President received gifts a« tokens of the day from Mrs Wilson and other members of "his family. He said ho considered it the greatest birthday of his lifo.
