The monthly *>f the Anderson Bav School Committteo was held last ovening. when the following member? were present : —Me;;J Campbell (ehairman), Bone. Williams, Komerville, Kirkwood and Dowjiin.iT. The head master reported tlm.t the average roil for tho last auarter- up to the time of closing tho school was 313. and the average, attendance 282. Owinc; to ill-health Mr ,T. E. Cuthill found it uwosary to resign his position of temporary- first Tt wr.s resolved that Mr O. thill bo, thanked for his sc-rvioe*. tho committee regretting that he had to sever his connection with the. sehool. and wishing him every success in his new sphere. It was doci'd-ed that cla?s prizes be given this year so far as funds will permit, and that thev be distributee! when the school re-opens' The school and grounds were reported to bo in excellent condition.
