CRISIS IN SPAIN
ARMY VERSUS GOVERNMENT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright Reuter’s Telegrams. LONDON, March 7. (Received March 8, at 11.5 a.m.) .Another crisis has arisen in Spain. Telegrams, which wo censored, indicate, a conflict between the military’ and civil authorities, apparently duo to the insistence of the army in support of tho War Minister on tho adoption, without parliamentary authority, of army reform. The army demand the military committees which overthrew tho Government in June.
