xi t, r, LONDON - February 16. lne 1 ress Bureau has issued an "official message stating that the Netherlands Minister at Bucharest has proceeded to Helm, where he will be attached to the Legation with a special staff to look aiter British interests.
Four Dutch medical men will shortly inspect the camps where British prisoners of war are held.
