AMSTERDAM. February 17. ihe ' Telegraaf ' publishes <t remarkable narrative ot a German seaman who won the Iron Cross at the battle of Jutland, >ut has since deserted owing to bad food. He was on board the Lutzow, which had 1 crew of 1,600 men. of whom 1.000 were waved.
