The season’s activities at the Young Womens Christian Association comprise clubs for tennis, swimming, rambling, and a regular programme of “ Talks to Girls ” ou 'Thursday evening:;. 'Plans are in progress for the opening of all clubs and classes in .March. A special feature is to lie made 01 the Red Cross Club and of home craft led urea. The Thrift Club have begun the year well, over £IOO having been deposited .already. The girls’ department now numbers 219, and 13 Hearth Tires are meeting weekly.
