THR WIDOWED MOTHER’S POSITION. Widowed mother in receipt of income n"t. exceeding 7s per week, but who is in possession of capital net. exceeding £SO. Capital up to £SO is not to bo considered intere.-i-beariug. 4. Widowed mother in receipt of income not exceeding 7s per week, but in possession of capital exceeding £SO, (o' be I rented as receiving interest at 5 per rent, on capiial in excess of £SO. Such interest to he added to income, when Hie two together must, not amount to more than 7s per week.
