For Australian States, by north express (to connect with Eiverinn), at 10 a.m. on February 21. Late-fee letters, 10.30 a.m, ; railway station, 11.14 a.m. Mails for South Sea Islands, by first available steamer. Correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship. Mails for United Kingdom. Expeditionary Forces abroad, America, and all oversea countries except Australia will bo despatched from time to time by the best route without special notification. G. F.
