LONDON, February 12. The 'Morning Post’s’ Petrograd” correspondent states that it is officially estimated that the enemy forces on the" 1,000miles Russian front average a division for every six miles; on the French front a division every four miles; and on the Salonika front, a division every 14 miles The latest German peace method is to send fire balloons over the Russian lines, and when they are blazing release leaflets printed in Russian, Polish, and Tartar.
