Tlie ‘New York Tribune’s’ London correspondent learns on excellent authority chat German agents have asked King Albert of Belgium to transmit Germany’s peace terms to the Allies. These are as follow ; , ' ri «> Germans 'to quit Belgium and fcervia; to restore Lorraine to France; and to pay an indemnity covering tiie destruc'■‘Oii caused by t-L-e military occupation of Belgium. Ta-s offer is not formal, but it is more definite than previous overtures by Germany.
