UNIVERSITY COUNCIL

A special meeting of the University Council was held this afternoon. It was reported that Dr W. Marshall Macdonald had resigned as tutor in medicine. The council thanked him for his services for the last nine years, and the Medical Committee were authorised to fill the vacancy.
