GOODS TRAIN BUNS INTO TRUCKS,

HAMILTON, April 38. A goods train crashed into a number of standard trucks at Horotin station late last, night. Fifteen waggons laden with goods and a splintered engine are buried beneath the debris. The driver (Bates) and the fireman (Hardcastle) both escaped injury.
AUCKLAND, April 18. In consequence of the railway mishap at Horotin. near Hamilton, the" through expresses were unable to pass over the damaged line, and the passengers were transferred to the Wellington exjpress, arriving here four hours late.
