GREECE AND BULGARIA.
MORE DOUBLE DEALING. ATHENS. April 13. There is tremendous excitement here, due to a. statement by 'Le Temps' (Paris) that the Entente Powers had complained of Greece's breach of neutrality in selling to Bulgaria early in November'37.ooo flour f acks belonging to Russia. The Greek Government deny the allegation. _ Some of the deputies will interpellate the Government at the next sitting as to whether the Government havo forbidden travellers coming and going from and to Bulgaria.
