MUTUAL STORES, LIMITED,
At the 13th annual meeting of the Mutual Stores, Ltd., hold yesterday the directors' report showed that the result of the year's trading had. been satisfactory. It was decided to pay dividend? of per cent, on the preference and 6 per cent, on the ordinary shares, and to transfer £SOO to reserve, leaving a balance of £434 5s 4d to bo carried forward. The retiring director. Mr Peter Barr, was re-eloctod, and Messrs William Brown and Co. were reappointed auditors.
