DUNEDIN BILLS
[Frou Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLT,\GTOX October 7. In the list of Local Bills dealt with by the House to-day, were the Dunedin Drainage Bill (Dr Chatham), which was passed with amendments made by the Local Bills Committee, and the Otavo Harbor Board Empowering Bill (Mr Dickson), which also passed with an important amendment moved by Air Ell, reducing the rate of interest from 6to per centthe amendments were carried without a division.
