TRADE RETURNS. IMPORTS AND EXPORTS. [Peb United Press .Association.] WELLINGTON, September 2. The total value of goods imported into New Zealand from all countries during the quarter ended June 30 was £4,487.934, including £5553,261 in. specie, ae compared with £4,897,176 m the corresponding quarter of 1914, including specie to the value of £300.010. The Customs duties, collected amounted to £855,726, as compared with £778,947 in 1914. The excise duties collected in the June quarter this year totalled £33,525, as against £31,242 a year ago. The values of the New Zealand produce exported during the week ended Ausrust 31 were as follow :—Butter, £7.124; cheese, £41,933; frozen lamb, £122.322;' frozen mutton, £79,548; frozen beef, etc £59,964 ; gold, £201,816 ; grain and pulse, £571; hides and skins, £31.354; kauri giim, £733; flax and tow. £4,698; tallow, £12,527; timber, .£5,566; wool, £95,546.
