MELBOURNE, April 15. The Rev. Mr Fraser, Principal of Trinity College, Colombo, has arrived here. Referring to tho loyalty of the Indians, ho said there was the' utmost enthusiasm for tho cause of the Allies. tish rule everywhere was. and tho Indians were saying; "Our Raj is in danger; let us fight."
