ELECTION PETITION LODGED. [Per United Press Association.! WELLINGTON. January 18. Mr 0. K. Wilson, Reform candidate for tho Tauma-rtiiiiii seat, Jih« lodged a petition asking for scrutiny by an Election Court. It. is alleged that a larger number of voting papers were deposited in the ballot, bax than the number of electors who are shown to have voied, also that there were eases of dual voting.
