LONDON. January 12. (Received January- 13, at 1.10 p.m.) Gladys Coopor was awarded £1.200 damages against the ‘ Weekly London Mail ’ for libel by innuendo (not mentioning names), which, the plaintiff said, suggested that she was going to be divorced owing > to misconduct with Hamel (the aviator) and Dennis Eadio (an actor).
