It was resolved that the. chairman, secretary, and Mr Gray should make, inquiries as to what steps were neceesary to be taken to increase tlie area of the domain by adding the waste lands adjoining. 'lb was pointed out that if rents -could be collected from these waste lands the money ,cou!d be utilised for improving the domain. It was resolved to accept Mr 1). Miller's offer to cultivate a part of the domain near the trees and sow it in graes afterwards. Tho board went into committee to fix the conditions of the lease for grazing on the domain.
