RAIN AT CHIUSTCHURCH
A P.A. message states that al! sports were, postponed at Christchnrch to-day owing to rain.
It is stated that Mr 0. G. Dalgety has been receiving inquiries from here and Australia ro purchasing' Wars top. The Canterbury sportsman does not usually race, horses out of tho Dominion, and maybe, if a suitable, offer is forthcoming, tho mare may be allowed to leave G. M. Aynsley's stables. One of Warstep's greatest admirers is K. J. Mason, and if he secures her ha will (says "Glencoe," in the ' Dominion') no doubt mako another trip to Randwick.
