ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
William Henry Griffin, aged 65. was found dead in hi? bedroom at Christchurch •vesterdar. The deceased was a retired railway official. At. the inquest (says an Association wire) a verdict of death from heart, disease was- returned. James William Blacklock. aged 5 years and 11 months, Urn son of Mr W. Blacklock, of Plunket street. St. Kilda, died suddenly yesterday afternoon. Some three And a-hnlf years ago he suffered from infant ilo paralysis, and just prior lo his sudden death (in his grandmother's arms) lie complained of pains in his head and lege.
