At tho Teachers’ Conference tho Minister of Public Instruction (Mr Carmichael) said that the Premier had authorised him to state that a Superannuation Bill would be introduced during tho present session. Tho date of proclamation would depend wholly on tho financial condition of the at tho end of* the war, and a retrospective clause would be inserted.
