Another number of the ' feketcher is to hand. Anything that causes a much in these serious times is bound to be welcomed, and this publication will no doubt cause many smiles. The war and th© General Elections come in, of course, for a good deal of notice, and there are numerous clever and amusing sketches of well-known citizens. In moßt oases the artist (E. Thompson) has succeeded in getting an exceedingly good likenesß of his victims, though there are a few failures. There are several sets of verses, but the poet does not touch high-water mark by any means.
