ANNUAL MISSIONARY -SALE. The annual missionary sale in connection willi tho Y.W.C.A. was held this afternoon in their rooms. Articles of all descriptions, useful and ornamental, were displayed on various stalls. The proceeds of thin sale arc in aid of missionary work in India. China. Egypt, and tho Solomon Islands, and for the benefit of this worthy object the ladies in charge of the sale hope to treble their takings this year. Miss M. Gairdner (convener) and the following ladies are in charge of the various stalls Produce, Miss Kerens; clothing, Miss Scott; afternoon tea. .Mrs Wood; sweets. Miss Edmond: fancy work, Mrs Sidney Wolf. The sale will he continued this evening.
