The members of the Junior Christian Endeavor Society of St. Andrew’s Church | brought the year to a close last night with a social and entertainment in the Waddell Hall. Tea and games, perlprmances by the children themselves, and a visit from Santa Claus, enabled the little people to enjoy themselves thoroughly. They took the opportunity of expressing their affection for Sister Christa he* by the , gift of ap autograph album, containing ' all their signatures. The presentation ; was made by the secretary, Miss D. El- 1 vidge, who expressed their deep sense of obligation to c ister Christabel for all she had done for them. Dr Waddell was also present, and received from the juniors a , token of their regard and affection, j “How’ll yer have yer eggs?" demanded I the busy waitress. “As wall as could be j expected under tho circumstances,” replied the absent-minded physician. *
