The raco will be started under tho Mark Foy system from the wharf, the course being down the Victoria channel to a beacon off Carey's Bay and back to tho wharf again. Under the Mark Foy system tho handicaps are taken off at the start, so that the first boat across the finishing line will be tho winner. Th® first- boat is timed to leave at 2.30. Tho first prize is presented by the Mayor (Mr J. B. Shacklock), and the second by Mr G. S. Miller,
