(Received December 10. at 12.20 p.m.) While a box of dynamite was being lowered with a party of miners down a ■haft of the Delaware-Lackawanna Western Coal Company's mine (Pennsylvania) the dynamite exploded, wrecking the cage and kitting 13 men.
