Sir.—The endoeed letter to the London 'Times' is explanatory in tracing the socalled representative (sic) government of Germany, ab initio, that your readers (if vott print) will see at a glance that the divieTt right of kings has never been abrogated. Each dominion is at war to uphold their democratic institutions, and each for all, for British Empire.—l am, etc., F.M. December 9.
