AT MUNICIPAL BATHS. There was a largo and enthusiastic attendance of children at the Municipal Baths yesterday afternoon, when a schools' swimming carnival, organised bv Mr E. H. Old?, the instructor, was held. Thn fine display given by the boys was evidence ot thi! value of the training which had been given them in the art.
