SYDNEY, December 7.
In consequence of the decision of the Wharf Laborers' Union not to work with Germans or Austrians, whether they are naturalised or not, there were no enemy subjects to be sem on the wharves to-day. The Cabinet has decided that the State brickyards, Monier pipe works, and timber yards havo preference over other suppliers of material in Government contracts.

In the New South Wales Legislative Assembly the Wheat Seizure, Income Tax, and Motor Tax Bills all passed the thirdreading stage.
