COUNTRY SCHOOL'S VISIT
A party of 70 children from the Lawrence District High School, accompanied by four teachers, have been the guests of the pupils of the Albany Street School sinco Friday. On Saturday morning the visitors wereshovu over ilcffrs Broad and Williams's brush factory, Wright's bakery, and Thomson and Co.'s aerated water- -works. To-day they wor« takc-n down the harbor in the Waireka ic Port Chalmers and to Portobello, where thej landed and had lunch afterwards returning to town Mr Jones, the rector, called on xi» thi> afternoon, and expressed the indebtedness of the visitors to the Albany street School Committee, teachers, pupils, and the ladies and gentlemen who have acted as hosts and hostesses..
