At tho annual general meoting of tha Otago Employers' Association the following officers were elected for the ons'iiug year:—President, Mr F. W. Mitc.'idl; vice-presidents, Messrs E. C. Hazlott and George Simpson; committee—Messrs J. A. Burt, E. Cameron, G. Fenwick, W. Fels, R. Glendining, P. E. Sargood, D. E. Theomin, J. W. Henton, J. A. Roberts, and C. W. Shiel. The following were elected representatives on tjie executive of the New Zealand Employers' Messrs Mitchell, Hazlett, Simpson, and Fenwick. Messrs Barr, Leary, and Co. were appointed auditors. The English mail which was despatched via Auckland and Vancouver from Dunedin on November 2 arrived in London on th« 3rd inst. NEVER WITHOUT THEM.
