While the steamer Mamari, which arrived at Wellington yesterday from London, was at Capo Town on November 3, a passenger named Mark Jarvis died. Ha bad been ailing for soma time. His wife and grand-danghter were also passengers on the vessel. Jarvis was 70 years of age, and was fanning in Hawke's Bay prior to making a trip to England for the benefit of lus health
