The United States Government are watching Mexico anxiously. Communication is interrupted. Zapata controls Mexico City, Carranza. holds Vera Cruz, and Villa ifi roaming north of Mexico City. The operations of the three revolutionary Presidents have rearoused American Press criticism of President Wilson's policy, especially his withdrawal of United States troops from Vera Cruz.
