A sensational legitimacy case has commenced in the High Court, involving tho well-known Slings by estates, at ixnaiesborough. Charles Mings by is seeKing to establish the legitimacy ot Teddy, his iour-year-old sou. His two brothers assert that the mother was Jiving in British Columbia and wont to ban Eraucisco, that her cluld was stillborn, and that she advertised for a child and secured Teddy, and loisted him upon Charles,
